Pause To Restore

Pause to Restore is a 6-week in person programme inviting you to reclaim ease, self-compassion, and a little bit of joy for joy’s sake.

Using embodiment and mindfulness, the course offers restorative practices alongside playful elements that remind us we’re not dead yet — there’s still fun to be had, curiosity to explore and sparks of joy to feel.

Each 90 minutes each session combines:◦

• A somatic grounding or awareness practice
• A guided meditative journey
• Gentle reflection and playful activities to reconnect with your inner child
• Weekly take-home practices to continue the work between sessions

By the end of the 6 weeks you will have:

• Greater self-compassion and a sense of lightness in body and mind
• Restored capacity to enjoy small, playful, sensory moments in daily life Hypnotherapy / Meditative recordings for continued calm and joy
• A personalised set of simple practices to weave more fun and freedom into life

Date: Starting Wednesday 22nd October (for 6 weeks)arrive from 6pm for a 6.30 start, finshing around 8pm

Location: Stollies, Wallasey Village

Investment: £5 per session - £25 for the 6weeks
