CHILDREN'S YOGA- After School Class

A safe, welcoming space where children can move, breathe, and find calm. This fully funded after-school yoga class is designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being—especially those navigating the challenges of a loved one’s cancer diagnosis.

💛 Ages 5-12 (drop off - parents are welcome to book a therapy or stay in the café)
