Raven Wood Gardens INC Veteran Supporting Comradery Bench Project

Thank you, Patricia and Todd Mueller of Menominee, MI for picking up and delivering donated pallets from Winsert of (Marinette, WI), where Todd works. The pallets will be utilized in an upcoming Veteran Buddy Comradery Bench Project on August 23rd , from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Raven Wood Gardens INC with a cook out to follow.
This RePURPOSE on PURPOSE for a PURPOSE Project is to support senior veterans with PTSD anxiety and depression by providing positive younger veteran comradery and interactions.Veteran Represenative, Robert Polaski of (Menominee, MI )and Army Veteran, Joey Kelly of (Iron Mountain, MI) are working together with a small group of under 10 in attendance. There are still a couple of openings to attend. The benches will be placed on the walking trails where veterans can sit down and rest in a safe space if needed or talk with a friend. The trails are available to walk with their support dogs as well.
