Somatic Breathwork

Come tune into the breath. Learn how to breath, where to breath and why!
Class is every other Monday, where we do a bit of movement to open the tissues for more breath, some self massaging, breath mechanics and a whole lot of breathing!
Wear comfy clothing, bring a mat and water bottle and an open mind and soft heart!
Class is $20 cash or venmo on date of attendance, no need to sign up, just come and experience!
