Yogalates NEW CLASS starts in September

This Thursdays class will be a Yogalates class.
For those that enjoy the physical side of yoga and how it makes the body feel, I am starting a series of workshops, classes and wellness days that will be a little more challenging.
Focusing on strength and mobility and mostly certainly the core.
Firstly I will continue with our unique iron yoga which will fit in nicely to this group of workshops.
Iron yoga which will tone the body through your normal yoga practice.
I have put together also a special class which will be more Pilates based (having recently rekindled my love of the practice.

As some of you know I started Pilates much earlier than Yoga and at my peak was practising Pilates 4 x times per week on the mat, reformer, chair and wheel, I practised so much some friends nicknamed me “ Platties “, the name still sticks to this day 🤭.

Woven into these classes will be mobility and strength, we will find your core and balance and my classes will also always include a lovely relaxation at the end.
