Yoga Nidra with Alison

Described as “the blissful relaxation”, Yoga Nidra is a profoundly restful state between sleep and wakefulness in which the senses are resting and the body and mind can truly relax, releasing tension and cultivating a deeper self-awareness.
Often referred to as yoga “sleep”, unlike other forms of yoga, in Yoga Nidra there is no movement and whilst the practice itself is subtle, the benefits are profound;
