Yoga for Mobility and Mind @ Nostell Village Hall

Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.

We offer two sessions each Monday; one for beginners and improvers at 6.15pm and later for active improvers at 7.30pm.

Classes are £7 to drop in or £6 for members of Ackworth Road Runners, payable on the night in cash or via BACS. Ask us about block bookings and payments (£25 and £20 (ARR) for 4 classes, valid over 6 months) and please consider paying for your class if you cancel within 24 hours of your session.

Feel free to bring cushions and a blanket to get cosy for relaxation! Mats, blocks and other equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own too.
