I am very excited to announce a NEW Class at a gorgeous venue.
Tileyard event space in Wakefield.
The class will be FREE to all Tileyard members and businesses residing there plus with the added bonus of opening to members of the public also.

The class with be a “ Energising Vinyasa Yoga flow “ lasting 45 minutes.
No mats are required as Yoga Wakefield will provide these for you.
.
This class is suitable for beginners and won’t be a class where you will work up a sweat, tailormade for an afternoon recharge and stretch and for those wanting to go back to work.

Karen will be guiding you through breathwork, meditation and a Yoga flow based on vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa is a continuous flow of movements creating a mindful practice.
.
We will be offering this monthly and have room for many participants, should this increase in popularity then we may be able to bring you more classes more often.

Tileyard has a wonderful peaceful atmosphere and the surrounding environment is important when trying to find time for yourself and your yoga practice.
