REMINDER! Sunday the 24th is our Welcome Back Pack event. We want to do an activity within each den-where each scout makes a Scout Buddy. There is no right or wrong way to make these. The Scout Buddy (or Scout Pal) is for the Scout to take with them on their adventures. Take them hiking, selling popcorn, bike riding (safely 🙂), anywhere. They can add over the year to their pal with things they find on adventures and share pictures of their Pal doing fun things (be creative) on Facebook!
For the craft we will have some supplies ready, like socks and stuffing for their bodies, pipe cleaners, felt, rubber bands, stamps, feathers, yarn--If any of you have some craft supplies (buttons, string, etc) that you are wanting to use up, bring them! If not, don't worry there should be enough to share.
We will have a couple hot glue guns and scissors, but if you have extras bring them! (I attached a couple pictures for inspiration)
And DONT FORGET: We are doing a Snack Attack Potluck- It's a potluck of all snacks and desserts- Please bring one item to share!
