The Aardvark Big Band Wakefield Christmas Fundraiser

The Aardvark Big Band features 18 musicians under the leadership of Jean Trudel performing an eclectic mix of music. For this event they will be performing some jazz interpretations of traditional christmas songs with a variety of selections from their extensive library mixed in. The band is driven by a dynamic rhythm section (featuring Wakefield's own Andre Ferraton on drums) and features many gifted soloists (including Wakefield's own Michel Renaud on trumpet and flugelhorn). The Aardvark Big Band has been a stallworth of the National Capital region's jazz culture for 26 years and is looking forward to making this year's fundraising event a big success!
