We are Jilly Riley and Stu Fletcher, professional musicians offering peace and sanctuary through music and sound.
We invite you to relax and rejuvenate with us at our floating Sonic Spa. Nestled inside a hammock (or on one of the mats provided, if you prefer) we'll take you to a tranquil zen garden where you can unwind and let stress melt away.
We'll be creating the live zen garden experience featuring ethereal vocals, wind chimes, ethnic flute, tongue and hand drums and soft melodic bass tones, performed alongside the sounds of a gentle stream and beautiful birdsong. We follow this with a traditional sound bath using singing bowls, chimes and gongs, bringing deep relaxation and peace your way...... and as usual, we finish with complimentary tea and cake!
Our offering provides the usual health benefits associated with our acoustic instruments, as you'd expect during a sound immersion, but also giving a fully encompassing experience inside the personal cocoon of a head set, superbly mixed, minimising external distractions, allowing you to drift into a deep state of relaxation.
Please feel free to bring a pillow and blanket for additional comfort. We will close the doors at the start of the event to protect the peace of those relaxing with us. Please try to arrive on time.
Toilets and parking are available at the centre. You will need to get your ticket stamped at reception!
This event is not suitable for people with a pacemaker due to electromagnetic radio waves.
Although the headsets are fully adjustable for comfort and volume, the sound produced by the gongs may be too loud for those with audio sensitivity. The deep frequencies of the gong are very powerful, providing many health benefits but may affect some people negatively. Anxiety can be triggered and trauma stored in the body can be activated for those with mental sensitivities.
Deep vibrations and resting on the floor may be unsuitable for those who are pregnant. We ask that you consider these important notes before booking and take precautions if necessary.
