First Cold Dip of the 2025/26 season

Hi Everyone! It’s almost that time again and we thought we’d kick it off the first weekend of October with a “coolish” dip.

We welcome everyone to join us and spend some time in the water together. Fall is a great time to start dipping because it gives your body a chance to get used to colder temperatures and build up to the icy cold plunges throughout the winter months.

We will meet at the public beach by the General Store and keep meeting here for as long as the water stays open ….then we switch locations.

A gentle reminder to park in the public spots and not the General Store parking lot since this is for customers :)

Feel free to bring a treat to share and a warm drink for after the swim. We’re looking forward to getting back at it and seeing old friends and meeting new ones! 😊
