Includes movie night on Friday (with fresh popcorn!), a healing sound bath on Saturday night, overnight accommodations in our cozy cabins (4 beds/cabin), and an optional early morning yoga practice on Saturday and Sunday followed by a deliciously nourishing breakfast. A complete journey for body, mind, and soul.
✨ Full-Day Retreat (Sat 9am-6:30pm): Join us for a full day of yoga, meditation, kirtan, sauna, nature bathing, and delicious, nourishing vegan meals. Perfect for a shorter weekend escape.
✨ Half-Day Retreat (Sat 9am-2pm): Join us Saturday morning for a full dharma yoga practice followed by a delicious vegan lunch.
