Theme: Being & Balance

Our September dance will be guided by the Fool, archetype of embodied presence, fearlessness, and vulnerability. How can we show up with an open heart and mind to all of life’s transitions? What do we actually need to bring into this next season? What is ready to be released? How can we embrace this transition with love and gratitude for each and every moment? How do we stay balanced in the in-between space?

Through dance, meditation, and intuitive art and writing, the Fool invites us to stay open, loose, and limber- approaching each moment with curiosity and playfulness, seeing it as a chance to learn, grow, and expand.
