Beginner Reformer Pilates Course

Tempted to try Reformer Pilates? Unsure whether you'll like it, worried you'll not be able to do it or feel self conscious joining a class?
Starting January 13th, we have a course of beginners only classes (one per week for 6 weeks) This is a small class of a max 8 beginners in supportive, friendly sessions within the beautiful, calm studio at 'reformewithrachael'.
You'll learn at your own pace and finish the course knowing all the foundation exercises, feeling confident using the machine and have a greater body control and strength. The benefits on your mental and physical health are genuinely huge!
You could join the daytime course on Tuesdays at 1pm or the evening course Tuesdays at 7pm. Whole course of 6 sessions for £78. Limited to 8 spaces only
