This 90-minute experience invites you to rest, reset, and realign through a calming blend of:

• Gentle movement to release tension and come into the body
• Insight into the energy of the full moon
• A deeply restorative sound bath with crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments
• Guided meditation to help you set clear, heart-aligned intentions
• Reflective journaling and optional group sharing

Each full moon offers a luminous pause — a sacred space to witness what’s been growing and choose what to carry forward.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and claim your space.

What to Expect: Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable. A journal and water bottle are recommended.
