Learn about RYES, a Fiscal Sponsor of Friends of the Pool, TVAMP, Friends of the Fairgrounds, YAG, and Urban Forestry. This year, our focus is on raising funds for the pool. RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival Organizers accepts no responsiblity, financial or otherwise, and does not provide refunds for event cancellation, delay, or interruption because of inclement weather.

Media Release:RYES will be documenting the event through video, audio recordings, and photography. By purchasing a ticket, Holder grants RYES Organizer and its affilliates and licensees the irrovocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record, publish, print, display and use the Holder's name, voice, image or likeness while at RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival.

Assumptiom of All Risks: While attending the event, Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards and dangers incidental to the event for which th ticket is issued, whether occuring prior to, during, or after the event, including but not limited to those of communicable disease. Each Holder voluntarily waives all claims against RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival Organizer, and its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, and agents acting by and through it, are expressly released by Holder form an claim incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. Holder agrees to INDEMNIFY AN HOLD HARMLESS RYES (Rural Youth Enrichment Services) Rhythm and Fun Festival Organizer, the City of Waitsburg, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives form any and all claims, demands, actions, and costs which may arise out of Holder's participation in RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival, even though such claims, demands, actions and costs may have been caused by the negligence of RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives. RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen articles at teh event for which this ticket grants admission.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT : Entry into the RYES Rhythm and Fun Festival event constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
