The Office of the Ombuds for Family Child Care Providers will hold its 3rd annual Shaping The Future Conference, October 17-18, 2025, in Waite Park, MN at The Park Event Center. This annual conference brings together licensed family child care providers and ECE leaders from across Minnesota to celebrate, learn, and lead the way in shaping the future of early childhood education. The attendees represent the culturally rich and diverse community of MN family child care providers who are deeply committed to the well-being, development, and learning of young children. The conference is specifically designed for the professional development of licensed family child care providers, their staff and other early childhood educators.

• Cost: $75 for selling products, $50 for exhibitor/informational
• Payment made by credit card on Eventbrite will include non-refundable processing fees
• If you are a licensed fcc provider, use code "FCCProviderDiscount" to receive $25 discount

• Daily catered event meal/beverage tickets can be purchased for $45 each

• Company/organization description will be listed in conference materials

• 25-30 vendor/exhibitor spaces - no duplicate product vendors will be accepted
• Supplied: one 8" skirted table, two chairs, limited spaces with electricity available
• Setup time Thursday evening after 6:00 pm or Friday morning before 7:00 am
• Multiple conference break times are built into event schedule
• Last event break ends at 4:00 pm on Saturday

Vendors are asked to please donate a door prize for participants' drawing.

· Vendor/exhibitor will have access to the venue no less than 2 hours before the conference event starts to set up. Earlier set-up will be arranged when possible.

· Vendor/exhibitor agrees to have table staffed during each scheduled break, and for one half hour before and after the conference sessions. Vendor shall allow items to be sold only while the table is staffed.

· Vendor/exhibitor shall follow all applicable laws and regulations of Waite Park, Stearns County and the State of Minnesota, and agrees to abide by all host venue policies.

Vendor/exhibitor will have access to the venue until 5:00 PM, Saturday, October 18, 2025, to dismantle and remove all items brought into the venue.

· No loud or distracting music, noise, and/or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor/exhibitor during conference workshops or sessions.

·Vendor/exhibitor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in before the vendor/exhibitor arrived.

· Vendor/exhibitor will be appropriately dressed, their appearance will be clean and neat, and shall conduct themselves in an orderly and appropriate fashion.

· Vendor/exhibitor agrees to hold the conference host and venue free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above conference event.

· Fee for space is non-refundable after September 30, 2025, excluding processing fees.
