Beer Release & Meet the Brewer: Welcome DIPA

Erik, our head brewer, will be hangin' out from 2pm to 4pm-ish on Friday, July 25th. Swing by, talk hops and malts, and meet the Mastermind of the mash.

When I joined Pantown, the Welcome was so warm, it deserved to be brewed.

This double IPA is soft, juicy, and dangerously smooth. Bursting with tropical fruit from New Zealand’s finest, Rakau brings stone fruit and peach gummy vibes, while Riwaka adds a punch of citrus and passionfruit. It’s like sipping a mango smoothie while someone peels a lime nearby—bright, tropical, and just zesty enough to keep things interesting.
