Aging With a Flourish: Engaging Aging

When: Saturday, September 1 from 8:30am-12pm

Where: Bethlehem Lutheran Church (4310 County Road 137; St Cloud)

What: A free workshop that seeks to equip older adults, their children, and caregivers, for Engaging Aging instead of avoiding it!

Beginning at 8:30am and throughout the morning check out the Resource Fair of community partners offering information on Senior Housing, Hospice, Volunteerism, Health & Wellness, and more.

Keynote Speaker Dr. Steve Hoover will present “Engaging Aging” from 9:15 to 10:15am.

Following the Keynote, two rotations of breakout sessions explore: housing transitions, self-care for caregivers, and demystifying dementia.
