Join us for a full day of movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing, designed to nourish both body and mind in a supportive and energizing environment. The event kicks off at 8:00 AM with doors opening, followed by a warm welcome and a gentle mobility session to get everyone grounded and ready for the day.
The morning will include sessions focused on personal values, ballet barre, and dynamic movement, interspersed with guided discussions and a relaxing morning tea. Engaging physical activities such as Zumba brings energy and fun before we break for a nourishing lunch.
In the afternoon, we dive into nutrition education, stretching, and sessions on sleep, stress management, and relaxation, each followed by opportunities for group reflection. A calming breathing session and exploration of the “My Body” segment help deepen our understanding of our own body image and our self-talk on the topic.
We wrap up the day with reflections and closing thoughts before heading out for some refreshing beach time and an optional dip.
