We invite you to a new year’s festival experience like no other. Four stages, three days+nights, live shows, roaming performers, visual art showcases and much more.
Last new year was our 10th birthday event and the biggest AUM Festival yet. We celebrated a fifth sold-out festival in a row and have already started 2025 with a renewed passion and BIG plans for more epic experiences. And with more camping to be added as well.
Music on show at AUM Festival includes the best from New Zealand and abroad spanning house, drum and bass, psytrance, techno, psychedelic dub, bass music, rock, disco, acoustic sessions. Over 100 music artists grace our stages each year which have unmatched epic decor, production and lighting, and the highest quality sound systems in town.
Our creative community brings together an eclectic mix of music, performing and visual arts along with the friendliest people imaginable: you.
AUM Festival will continue to focus on being industry leaders in inclusivity and safety - something which was baked-in from conception when it was envisaged by co-founders Paul and Anna as an Authentic Unified Movement: A.U.M.
ABOUT AUM FESTIVAL
Expect three nights and days of wholesome fun and good vibes across multiple zones, all happening in a secluded forest location an hour north of Auckland city. AUM has the highest-quality sound, visuals, lights and production. Performing and visual arts are in abundance, along with fun circus and wellness workshops to join.
We have hangout spots to enjoy the sun, lots of trees for shade, a huge campground with lots of space, a market village with food vendors and more. We also have Healing Glade for wellness and health activities with a full schedule of healing workshops and sessions. Last year we celebrated ten years of this creative music community bringing together an amazing bunch of the friendliest people imaginable.
WHAT DOES AUM FEEL LIKE?
AUM is an adventure of love, sharing, sustainability, music, art, colour, technical wizardry, healing, imagination, laughter and joy. A family adventure where we will write our own story as we immerse ourselves in the stories of the past, present and the future. A truly inclusive adventure for everyone, young and old.
WHERE?
AUM Festival is held at an idyllic, spacious, forest location with huge campgrounds an hour north of central Auckland at South Head peninsula near Parakai/Helensville.

ALL-INCLUSIVE TICKETS
Tickets are all-inclusive which means you don’t pay extra to park or to bring a campervan/caravan.
BUY YOUR TICKET IN INSTALMENTS
Flicket offers Afterpay to spread the cost by paying your ticket off in instalments. This option can be found on the checkout page of ticketing.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH TICKETS
Children and youth tickets are ADD-ONS to adult tickets during the ticket-buying process. Once you've selected your adult ticket(s) you can select children/youth tickets as well. More info on the ticketing page or on our website on the families page.
If you decide to buy children/youth tickets later on, you can log into your Flicket account, find your adult tickets and then add them on.
GLAMPING
Glamping options are available. We will announce them in the coming months. You can still buy your ticket now and add glamping later - no need to wait.
