Our theme this month is on Honoring the Creative Spark. Nature immersion, sound healing, and restorative yoga to inspire the body, mind, and soul towards it's inner artist, and expression. A powerful way to unwind, relax and release, and one our favorite things to offer here at Full Circle Farm.
Ages 12+ Older.
Please bring the props you want: suggested bolster/pillow and a blanket so that you may be as comfortable as possible.
