This free interactive session offers a rare opportunity for volunteer leaders to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and focus on what’s possible for the year ahead. Through guided prompts and dyad-style peer discussions, participants will connect with colleagues who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of leading volunteers in Maui County.
Attendees will identify areas of untapped potential within their volunteer programs, explore creative ways to refresh processes and energize volunteer teams, generate new ideas and small experiments to improve volunteer engagement, and receive actionable feedback from peers facing similar challenges.
Facilitation for the session will be provided by Diane Parnes, Volunteer Management Consultant and former Executive Director of HandsOn Bay Area. Diane brings extensive experience in volunteer engagement and peer learning, creating a welcoming space for thoughtful discussion and collaboration.
