About the event

KRMB October Outing - Port Kennedy Scientific Park & Beach Walk

As the Great Southern BioBlitz is this weekend, this outing will attempt to record any species we can see along the beach and within the increasing rare dune habitat of the Port Kennedy Scientific Park.

Attendees should have hats, sunscreen, good walking shoes, water, binoculars if you have them, and if they intend to record species on iNaturalist, have joined the GSB2025 Perth Project on the website.

In the afternoon, we will visit a reserve in Baldivis to record the species of a completely different environment, but details of that will be announced once they're finalised.
