Save the date! Summer is just around the corner. The 12th Annual Mōʻiliʻili Summer Fest will be on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm at Washington Middle School (1633 South King Street).
Thousands are expected to celebrate this crowd favorite summer festivals honoring the historic Mōʻiliʻili & McCully districts and Obon season featuring Honolulu’s largest Japanese Bon Dance of the season. This community planned annual event also includes a family-friendly modern street festival featuring a diversity of local food vendors, artisans/retailers, cultural entertainment, activities for the keiki and more.
Mō‘ili‘ili community organizations including Kamehameha Schools, Mō‘ili‘ili Hongwanji Mission, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi, Mō‘ili‘ili Community Center, Mō‘ili‘ili Neighborhood Board, the University of Hawai‘i and other community groups come together to create this unique community gathering. The Mōʻiliʻili Summer Fest is put on by Mōʻiliʻili Festivals, a local nonprofit organization.
