This workshop is for those who already have a base understanding of acro. It is recommended for adults and mature teens but happy to discuss the option of children coming if they're comfortable in that learning environment. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
About James!
James is a physiotherapist and general movement nerd, with a passion for all things acro.
He got into acro in 2013 doing mostly L-basing flows, and never looked back. Nowadays he specialises in hand-to-hand, towers, and toss-the-flier. He teaches weekly classes in Melbourne, and has performed in a handful of small shows over the past few years.
As a trainer, James leverages his communication skills and understanding of human movement to lay out complicated acrobatic techniques in an accessible manner, with lots of fun drills!
When he’s not working or training, he can be found rock climbing at Mt Arapiles or enjoying a fancy café breakfast in Melbourne's inner north.
