Sunflower Slow Flow Yoga

What better way to watch the sunset and settle into stillness than in a sunflower field? We will do an all level slow flow yoga class ending right before the sun sets. Stay and enjoy the sunflower fields at sunset.

Cost is $20 per person and all proceeds will benefit Light after Loss at The Hope and Healing Center. Limited yoga supplies available if you’re new. Please message me if you need supplies!
