Happy September! Our September First Friday is Wild West Wadsworth! Visit downtown and our local businesses and restaurants and enjoy the many activities. This First Friday will feature:
Main Street Wadsworth
-Main Street Wadsworth will have an informational table and selling raffle tickets and t-shirts.
-Has booked Bronx Country - A Country Tribute to play from 7-9pm on College Street.
-There will be axe throwing on College Street.
-Take your picture with a live horse and carriage at St. Mark's.
-There will be a hay maze set up at Grace Lutheran Church.
-Line dancing will be offered in partnership with the Wadsworth Public Library.
-A Blackstone grill will be raffled off and a country themed basket will also be accepting raffle tickets.
Grace Lutheran Church
-Stop by Grace for cowboy hats and trail mix!
Howard Hanna
-Visit for free sheriff badges, stickers, cookies and punch.
-Also, play Plinko for prizes.
-And they will have a western backdrop for photo opportunities.
-Bambi and Timmy the Chihuahua’s will be there!
Just Eat The Cookie
-Stop by for country themed cookies (boot, hats, and bandannas).
LifeSong Anglican Church
-Will be participating in First Friday. More information to come!
LifeWise Academy
-Will have a popcorn machine and candy. They will be participating weather depending.
Northeast Ohio Dance
-Will be handing out flyers about their upcoming Nutcracker performance.
-They will also have sheriff badges & branded bracelets.
Quickmed Urgent Care
-Is visiting in front of the Sub Station and they will be doing a corn hole toss for the kids.
The BookShelf by Project: LEARN
-They will have an information table out front about their educational programs and will be giving away discounts to our bookstore and a raffle for a 10.00 gift card.
Urban Cottage
-Bandanas of choice for all children!
Wadsworth Square Foundation/Celestia Theater
-Will be on College Street with their street team
-Accepting Free entrees to their giveaway for 100 PAIRS of tickets to their opening series of Concerts and Events.
-They will also be offering candy for the kids along with with their FULL Performance Schedule starting with opening night on December 5, 2025.
