24 Workouts. 24 Hours. 2 Powerful Causes.

👉 Not sure you can last the full 24? No problem—jump in for as many as you’d like. You get to choose how many workouts you take on. Break up your day however you wish—come in the morning for a few workouts, head out, and swing back later for more.

🧠 Workouts will be 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱 to be both 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲—lasting anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes.

𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦: This year we’re lifting up two GOC families—the Kairos Family & the Haynes Family—both currently navigating treatment. 100% of proceeds will directly support them. 💛 (Stories coming soon!)
