Nervous System Reset

Come reset your nervous system before the holiday chaos! Join Natalie for 2 hours of nervous system regulation starting with breath work and somatic movement, followed by a slow flow and calming yin postures, and ending with restorative yoga and a guided meditation to help you feel calm and at ease as we close out the year.
