Candlelit Gratitude Flow

Step into the quiet glow of candlelight and gift yourself an evening of presence before the Thanksgiving holiday begins with Jamie. This gentle, heart-opening practice invites you to slow down, move with ease and cultivate gratitude in both body and mind. Through nourishing postures, mindful breath and moments of reflection, you’ll soften tension and reconnect with what matters most.

The class ends with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and thankfulness. Leave feeling grounded, replenished and centered in the spirit of the season.
