🌿 The Women’s Reset Circle – Welbourn, Lincs
Feeling a bit flat, stuck, or just not quite yourself lately?
We’re running a 3-hour women’s circle this summer for local women (30+) who are craving a bit of space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with themselves — without needing a full retreat or a big commitment.
It’s not therapy, but it is a gently held, therapist-led session in the beautiful Purusha Retreats studio in Welbourn.
We’ll guide you through some quiet reflection (like journaling), optional group conversation (zero pressure), and a calming nervous system reset (like breathwork or grounding). You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more like you again.
