“A Whale of a Celebration!” Primitive Rug Hooking with Carol Lama

Join us for this whimsical mat that Carol Lama created for our summer themed July project! Carol enjoys teaching this traditional fiber art of pulling wool strips through a woven base with a special hook to create textured pictorial designs. No experience needed, all materials provided. $65. Carol will teach all the basics of this primitive folk art. You will go home with all of the material needed to finish this project that is suitable for a mat, wall hanging, or pillow! Bring a drink and a snack/lunch.
