You will learn how to master the art of making craft cocktails at home for your upcoming family celebrations while enjoying a fantastic dinner catered by SIZZLE STREET Restaurant – Indian with a Twist! Get ready for “Summertime Sizzling Hot Cocktails” at J. Carver Distillery in Waconia, MN with our own Gina Holman, one of the Twin Cities’ premier mixologists! Gina will help you discover the simplicity and beauty of using fresh herbs and fruits with J. Carver artisan spirits to make your taste buds dance during all your summertime celebrations.
You’ll learn how to balance, shake, stir, and garnish perfect summertime cocktails and how to blend in your own creativity to make more! You will take home much more than recipes as you learn the inventive techniques and philosophy that goes along with mixology. Be ready to experience some fun surprises throughout the evening.

• Three cocktail samples along with recipes and step by step class notes
• Demonstration to learn the technique to make three J. Carver cocktails
