The Midwest Mardi Gras is now home to Waconia for a two day event! First, A Taste of Mardi Gras Ball and After Party! This is our way to celebrate Mardi Gras in the twin cities and upper Midwest when the weather is nicer, brought to you by native Louisiana people! It’s open to everyone! Experience the fun, glamor, and excitement of Mardi Gras on May 9 with our Taste of Mardi Gras Ball, at the Carver County Fairgrounds Entertainment Center in Waconia from 6pm to midnight with authentic Cajun food with king cake featuring Buddy Boy’s BBQ Restaurant, live music, fun activities, and dancing. Get your costumes ready!
