A realistic experience of planning and executing a 30 hours long mission in hostile territory with no friendly support, intended to allow a small number of MilSim teams of 6-8 members to present their full potential.
Supreme Effort is not a typical airsoft event where two teams clash and after some fighting one of them prevails. It is a difficult challenge during which each individual team will be tested separately. The test will take the form of a single mission that you will receive prior to the event and for which you will have a few days to prepare. The mission will be of such a nature that you will be heavily outnumbered and outgunned. Instead of relying solely on firepower, leading you to certain defeat, you will have to be faster, stealthier, and stronger than your opponent, as well as tactically, physically, and mentally superior. The terrain is vast (Militaray training ground Poček covers approximately 20 square kilometers) and varies in geographical shapes and vegetation, from large open areas to steep hills covered with dense forest. Your tactical skills will be tested and monitored.
It is demanded from players to have certain knowledge and skills. They are of such a nature that can only be performed within a framework of a team. Thus, only teams of 6-8 members can participate. Demanded knowledge and skills include, but are not limited to tactics, survival, orientation, planning, troop leading procedures, physical fitness, and mental toughness, and will be explained in detail later.
The date of the event is fixed in no case because of weather or other factors that should have no effect on MilSim events. Whether you will be able to cope with the elements depends on you entirely.
The official language of the event is English.
