Whether you're new to wrestling or looking to sharpen your skills — come train with us this summer! Just bring your wrestling shoes, water, and a positive attitude!

✅Is it really free?
Yes! There is no cost to attend.
✅Who can participate?
This program is open to both Voorhees residents and non-residents. Bring a friend!
✅Do we need wrestling shoes?
Wrestling shoes are preferred but not mandatory. Your child can practice in clean socks, borrow shoes from our program (limited supply), or find gently used pairs on Facebook Marketplace. Also, Dick’s Sporting Goods is running a great sale right now!

✅What should my child bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, wrestling shoes, clean socks, and a great attitude!
✅ Do we need a waiver?
Yes, we’ve attached our drop-in waiver. Please fill it out before arriving at practice.

✅Where is practice held?
The wrestling room is located to the left of the main entrance at Eastern High School. We’ll have parents there to greet you at the door.
