BRP Nature Trail Hike

Black Run Preserve is home to a number of Nature Trails. Each of these destination trails highlights a unique feature of of the preserve. Join our ambassadors as we explore these hidden gems on a 3-4 mile hike throughout the preserve. Our trails have hard and soft sand, slight elevations, roots, and stumps and some wet areas. Porta Potty is available at the beginning and end of hike

DATE: Saturday, May 10, 2025
TIME: 10:00am to 12:00pm (Meet at the welcome table at 9:30 am to check in.)
WHERE TO MEET: Kettle Run Road East Trailhead Entrance. This is the main trailhead for Black Run Preserve
WHAT TO WEAR: Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Hiking boots, sturdy shoes, or waterproof boots are recommended.
DETAILS: This is a social/informational hike to familiarize participants with the trails of the Black Run Preserve and the Friends of the Black Run Preserve community.
