Fort Frenzy group run

This Saturday August 2nd at 8:30am Matt will be leading a Fort Frenzy group run and course preview. The route is a 3.65 mile loop with almost 500 ft of elevation gain per lap. Run as little or as much needed per training plan. Bring PLENTY OF HYDRATION. Its gonna be hot. There are also plenty of spots to jump in the lake as well.

If you get there before 8 the park will not be open. Its open at 8am.
