A 1 hour and 30 minutes guided experience of self-inquiry, somatic experiencing, and breathwork. There are emotions we hold back—anger, resentment, sadness, grief, and pain—along with core wounds and limiting beliefs that quietly or loudly shape how we feel and how we show up in the world. In this session, we’ll gently guide you to access and release these held feelings through breathwork, recognizing them not as burdens and barriers, but as pathways to deeper healing and self-understanding.
Using intentional breath, reflection, and nervous system regulation techniques, this experience invites you into a compassionate connection with your inner landscape—creating space for both courageous emotional release and deep restoration.

Info: Engage in guided self-reflection to identify core emotional wounds and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. This educational portion sets the stage for deeper emotional work during the breathwork practice.
Info: Enter a 30-minute guided breathwork session designed to access stored emotions and energy within the body. With expert facilitation, you’ll be supported in moving through emotional blocks, creating space for release, clarity, and renewal.
Info: Allow your body and mind to settle as you are immersed in a soothing sound healing experience. This part of the session offers a nervous system reset and emotional integration following the breathwork.
