Bow Tie Pasta Making With Chef Donna

Bring a little bit of Italy to your kitchen with this hands-on pasta cooking class.

Class begins by learning how to make fresh pasta dough with flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Then, learn the technique to knead the dough and roll it out into sheets. Next, Chef Donna will teach you how to cut the pasta and create the bow-tie shape by hand. Once the pasta boils, top it with a flavorful sauce made with sun-dried tomatoes, earthy pesto and creamy goat cheese. Garnish with arugula and dive into your handcrafted feast.
