A chance to visit one of San Diego Bird Alliance's properties! Join us at Anstine Nature Preserve to clean up our Pond Trail from 9am-11am.
This FREE event welcomes everyone to experience Anstine again or for the very first time! Show up when you want and stay as long as you can but we will be working from 9am-11am. At this work party, you can expect all of the following:
- The removal of vegetation along the Pond Trail
- Migratory and resident bird watching
- Trail exploration and information about this unique habitat
We will enjoy all of these activities rain or shine - as usual, please check for sever weather updates prior. Anstine offers mostly flat trails and may include mud in sections of the work area.
What to bring/wear: Close toed shoes, optional long sleeves, water, snacks, sunscreen and a hat
What is provided: All necessary tools and gloves
For your safety, please stay on all designated trails and respect the natural environment. Poison oak lives here too.
