Intro to Self Defense

Get ready for our next Intro Self Defense Workshop on Friday, September 19 from 5:00-7:00. All are welcome! You will learn to be always aware of your surroundings, simple hands-on weapons, and soft targets. Damsel in Defense will join us if you’d like to purchase pepper spray which we highly recommend or any other weapon device you desire! We all need to have a plan if we’re assaulted! Statistics show 1 out of every 3 people are assaulted at least once in their lifetime, especially if you’re a female! Be prepared!!!
