Do you have pain after exercise? Join Dr. Ochs for a foam rolling workshop! Learn the benefits of foam rolling prior to your workouts and practice some techniques. Remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes…we will be actively using a foam roller during this event! Feel free to bring your favorite roller, or we will have some to borrow for the workshop.
