Ok ladies, mothers, daughters, sons of all abilities who would like to empower themselves with awareness, confidence and self defense, we have an Intro Workshop and Application Workshop!
Our Intro Workshop will give you levels of awareness, real life assault stories, ways to prevent assaults using strategic weapons to soft targets pairing with Damsel in Defense (for pepper sprays etc…).
Our Application Workshop will review Intro Workshop plus taking those weapons and targets to teach you techniques. Both great workouts empowering you through these dangerous times!
