Monster Mash Yoga Bash

Part spooky, part silly, and all about having fun on the mat! Think Halloween party meets yoga flow- dimmed lights, glowsticks, and a spooky Halloween soundtrack. Expect playful poses like the “Frankenstein forward fold,” “The witches' broom,” or “Zombie arms chair pose.” We’ll move, be goofy, and celebrate the season in our own quirky way.

Class wraps up with a spooky style savasana, because even monsters need a moment of Zen. Fall spiced tea also available to share!
