VBPD - Workout with a COP

The Virginia Beach Police Department, in partnership with TNDO Gym and Wareing's Gym, would like to invite you to the second Workout with a COP event.

We challenge you to join us for a community workout that breaks a sweat and breaks down barriers.

This event is open to ages 12+ and all fitness levels.

Workout stations will be set up at the end of the apartment complex on the basketball court.
