Blending healing movement, music, breath, and somatic awareness, this class supports the release of stored tension, emotions, and energetic blocks that live within the body … a full-body centered approach. Through guided prompts and intuitive flow, you’ll explore what it means to move from your center … physically, emotionally, and energetically.

This class is designed to help you:
