Who it's for:Women and men who feel stuck, are in transition (emotionally, spiritually, or situationally), or are on a sobriety/healing journey. This is for those who are ready to reconnect with their intuition and reclaim their sense of vision, personal power, and the ability to fully speak their truth both with self and others. 

Retreat Intention:To create a nurturing, energetically supportive space where participants can safely explore what’s next in life. Through energy healing, guided journaling, gentle movement, and self-reflection, the focus is on restoring the connection with self- the inner spark that guides us forward.

Through a gentle blend of energy healing, reflective journaling, and somatic movement, we’ll explore the sacred space between endings and new beginnings. Together, we’ll clear stagnant energy, awaken the inner voice, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.
